Classrooms Without Borders (CWB) is a non-profit educational organization founded in February 2011 by Dr. Zipora Gur in association with the Holocaust Center. Classrooms Without Borders (CWB) provides world-class professional development for teachers through study seminars that take place outside of their professional environments. History, culture, politics and current events are experienced “live” through learning tours abroad.
The Gary and Nancy Tuckfelt Keeping Tabs Holocaust Sculpture
The Holocaust Center has partnered with Community Day School to offer guided tours of the sculpture and educational programming about the Holocaust to Pittsburgh area middle and high school students.
Guided tours including an educational program are available for middle and high school students by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30 a.m.— 3 p.m. (during regular school hours).
We can also accommodate groups wanting tours ONLY of the sculpture by appointment; Sundays through Thursdays; day or evening hours available. To schedule a tour of the sculpture please contact the Holocaust Center at 412.421.1500 or firstname.lastname@example.org)
**When Community Day School is not in school (Spring break, school holidays, etc.) no programs are offered.
